This page contains resources produced by many organisations working on gender-based violence, involvement of men and boys, and the meaningful involvement of women living with HIV in the context of HIV.  It was developed for the participants of a workshop held in November 2011 in Istanbul, organised by UNFPA, UNDP, UN Women, UNAIDS, and WHO, with Sonke Gender Justice Network, Men Engage, and the ATHENA Network.

We also invited two representatives from two country delegations who attended the 1st international workshop on this theme, held in Nairobi, Kenya, in December 2010. These two delegations came as resource people and to illustrate some of the successes and challenges they had encountered in implementing the country action plans that they had developed during that workshop. These representatives were from Serbia and Kenya.
